CONGRATULATIONS TO MURRAY STEPHENS & ANITA NALL-RICHESSON FOR BEING INDUCTED INTO THE MARYLAND SWIMMING HALL OF FAME ON SATURDAY MAY 10, 2008

In addition Anita Nall-Richesson will be inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame during the week of the Olympic Trials. At a time when the breaststroke events were somewhat stagnant, Anita blasted ahead and elevated the breaststroke technique as well as drastically lowering the times of the breaststroke in America and throughout the world. The North Baltimore Aquatic Club announces the 2008 Countdown to Gold Baltimore to Bejing Gala will take place Saturday May 10, 2008 IN THE POOL at Meadowbrook. This evening of live and silent auctions, dinner and dancing will celebrate NBAC’s past Olympic swimmers, including Michael Phelps, Anita Nall, Theresa Andrews, Beth Botsford, Pat Kennedy and Katie Hoff while honoring NBAC’s 14 Olympic Trial qualifiers for 2008. The cost for the evening is $125.00 per person, Black tie optional. Proceeds benefit the NBAC Endowment Fund.
