2009 Eastern Zone Age Group Championship Meet

Here is what I need to enter you into the meet: 
    1.) Entries via Hy-Tek by Wednesaday July 29th 5 PM. Email to Tom Yetter.
    2.) Names of coaches attending and if anyone would like to be the "Head" coach. 
    3.) Entry Fee Check to Tom Yetter 5700 Cottonworth Ave Baltimore MD 21209 
    4.) Name, email, cell phone of a Team Manager (responsible for timing responsibilities) 
    5.) I need to know if your team would be interested in entering any relays. This is something that we can establish if the swimmers want to do after I have received all entries. There may not be enough swimmers in each age group to make it happen. 
    
    A "Head" coach will be selected. If you are interested in doing that, please let me know. The other coaches will be getting passes to be on deck. We should have enough for each coach that wishes to attend. 
    
    Please understand that this meet is not being widely supported by MD Swimming and all timing requirements set into motion by the Eastern Zone must be followed by the teams attending.
