NAAC Open Water Fall Splash

Several changes have been made to the meet notice:

1. The entry fee has been reduced from $45 to $20
2. The entry deadline has been moved to September 5 from August 28
3. And the time-qualification standards have been removed.
Instead, the coach must certify in the release form that the swimmer
has the ability to complete the race.
